Crossroad child safety standards and zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated: 11 May 2026.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

Crossroad has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

2. Adults only

Crossroad is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. Users under the age of 18 are not allowed to create an account or use the Service.

3. Prohibited content and behaviour

We prohibit any content, behaviour, message, image, profile, or activity that exploits, abuses, endangers, sexualises, or targets children in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, sextortion, and any attempt to create, request, share, distribute, or promote CSAM.

4. How to report concerns

Users can report safety concerns, inappropriate content, suspicious behaviour, or possible child safety issues directly in the app or through our contact form. Child safety reports are reviewed so that appropriate action can be taken.

5. Action we may take

When we become aware of content or behaviour involving CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action. This may include removing content, suspending or deleting accounts, preserving relevant information where legally required, and reporting to appropriate regional or national authorities where applicable.

6. Cooperation with authorities

Crossroad complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with relevant authorities when required. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where the law allows or requires it.

7. Safety processes

Our moderation and safety processes are designed to help keep the community respectful, safe, and appropriate for adults seeking faith-based connections.
